Optiplex 7040, no full screen at 1366x768
I bought it used from my friend. But it won't do full screen at 1366x768. I already install the Intel HD drivers but same problem. If I enable the "scale to full screen", then I get out of range. I try another pc at same monitor, it can full screen at 768.

Is your OptiPlex 7040 a Mini-Tower, SFF, or a (tiny) Micro?
Do you have a dedicated video card or are you using the Intel on-board video?
What version of Windows?
What exact model Monitor?
Are you using VGA, DVI or HDMI?
Are you using a plain monitor cable (no adapters or converters).
