Don't expect to buy a Dell psu that's new. That model is too old for new parts. You have to reply on online sellers that is Buyer Beware. Google Optipex 990 mini tower psu for answers. Make sure it is a Dell 265w model that looks like most of the others listed. Check out the sellers' feedback.
If you have computer repair shops in your area, check them out. Lots of old Dell parts out there.
