recovery problems

I have an OptiPlex 7080 and I formatted the hard drive. when I go to boot it says no bootable devices found, I have a windows reinstallation DVD but the computer does not see the DVD or USB drives. When you go into change the boot sequence the only thing shows is NIC(1PV4) and NIC(1pv6) any suggestions?

The boot menu will include the optical drive and/or USB drives only if the system detects that they contain a bootable image. Perhaps there's an issue with your installation DVD? If you don't have the option of making new installation media on another system, you can try running SupportAssist OS Recovery from the F12 preboot menu. This will download an installation image on demand.

Granted you're the owner of the 7080 and not a company:  NIC(1PV4) and NIC(1pv6) are network boot connections that can be unchecked or deleted.  That way, BIOS searches for the right things to boot from also instead of getting stuck on trying to boot from network.  Had it do it on my PC.
