Are you asking how many fans are in the unit? If so there are 5 in the system and then 1 in each power supply.

And what is the model name of the  motherboard at the PowerEdge R710?

There are a few different makes of the R710 motherboard. There is a Foxconn, a Mitac, or a Flextronic branded motherboard that could be in the server. If you like I can send you an email that you can reply to with the svc tag and I can identify what is installed in the server.

Note that the R710 doesn't use a generic motherboard; it's a customized board to fit in this specific Dell server. You cannot swap it out with a generic board and it won't work in a generic card (missing too many pieces to get it to fully work without error messages).
