dell poweredge r210 how can it remove the top cover to take it apart?

i got it yesterday and i want to check something with the hdd and i can nt remove the cover it is stuck for some reason and i dont know why.

i unlock the cover with the screw drive but even that it stuck anyway.

plz any help !!!
