Got this error on my server this morning. I don't know if it has something to do with the backups we are running, but this isn't the first time this has happened. VNC'd to this thing and found the server had rebooted at some point overnight.
Based on the information it looks like you have Open Manage Server Administrator installed on the server. If so it will be best to go to the source and see what further information you can pull. Here is a link to the PERC 5/I firmware you may look at updating the firmware.

Can you provide more information on what error you are receiving? The screenshot is not displaying the full image properly.
