Dell T310 ... restore original factory settings? Reformatted HD's?

Gurus,

Is there a simple way to restore the factory settings on my Dell T310. It came with no OS installed, so I attempted to Linux. I want to go back to the clean settings the server came with. If there is no way to go back ... what is the easiest way to reformat the HD's?

If you're talking about BIOS settings, you can clear the NVRAM using the jumpers on the motherboard.

Otherwise, there is nothing that needs "cleaning".  Simply enter your RAID configuration BIOS (CTRL-C or CTRL-R), delete the existing VD, and create a new one and you'll be ready to go for another install.

You can also use the OpenManage DVD that came with the server to assist you in installing a supported OS.
