Perc H700 and R510 - Disk Not Seen After Random Reboot

Hi,

I recently went to reboot my R510 with Ubuntu server on it. (No updates or anything)

I rebooted it and all of a sudden I get the following error message

"All of the disks from your previous configuration are gone. If this is an unexpected message, then please power off your system and check your cables to ensure all disks are present. Press any key to continue, or "C" to load the configuration utility."

I double checked all cables and no drives were moved/changed.   I rebooted again to be sure, and same error.   I noticed only 1 LED is lit on the HDD cages, all the rest are not lit.

I am at a lost here, the H700 doesn't see any of the physical disks attached now..

Did the card go bad? Did I lose a backplane?  Power Distribution board?

Everything seems to check out in OMSA, the PSUs have a green LED..

Can someone please point me in the right direction cause I'm lost and I really don't want to lose 12TB of data.

I checked all the drives and they all power up and work outside the box.

OMSA does see the drives removed/installed via the EMS log but nothing else will see them.

I'm starting to think its the RAID card... but I'm not 100% sure....   Anyone else able to assist?
