R710 RAID 0 to RAID Configuration
I have a Dell R710 Machine that is currently setup as a 2 Hard Drive RAID 0 Machine. I would like to increase the reliability of this machine by making it a RAID 1 Machine and adding 2 hard drives, for a total of 4 hard drives. Everything that I find online is a 2 hard drive to 2 hard drive change. Any and all direction is appreciated.

You cannot remove drives from an array or make it smaller. You can go from a 2-disk RAID 0 to a 3 (or more)-disk RAID 5, but you cannot go from a 2-disk RAID 0 to a 2-disk RAID 1. You would need to do a backup/restore.

I am not removing drives. Current install is RAID 0 w/ 2 Hard Drives. I want to go to a Raid 1 with 4 Hard Drives (Installing 2 additional drives when going to the RAID 1 Configuration)

Ok, well that is not a RAID 1. RAID 10 may be what you are thinking of (RAID 0 using RAID 1 spans), but you cannot migrate to (or from) RAID 10. You would need to do a backup /restore. You CAN go to a RAID 5 if your goal is to add redundancy without a backup/restore, but not RAID 10.
