cachecade on H700 with existing configuration
Hi
Can I add cachecade 500GB SSD drive on H700 with already existing configuration ( raid 10 and raid 2 ) or there should be no configured arrays on the controller ?

Hello
Yes, cachecade can be added or removed without affecting existing virtual disk data. Cachecade is just read cache. If a cachecade exists the controller will use it for read cache, if it does not exist it will not use it. Any data on a cachecade should be redundant, so no data loss should occur by adding or removing a cachecade. You can find more information in the controller manual.
