Dell Power Edge 2900 While System restarted Bios Revision is taking time delay.
while server restarted it getting more than 10 min to start form bios revision part. Kindly pls update what could be the issue.

Hello
I would suggest pressing the button indicated to display what is going on. I think it is TAB. It should be displayed at the bottom of the screen. During the POST process the BIOS is loaded into memory, the hardware is detected, and the hardware is tested for functionality. If you have a lot of memory in the system and memory testing is enabled then that can cause very long boot times. In general the more hardware you have in the server the longer it takes to boot everything up.
