Dell idrac service module 4.3.0.0 cannot do anything
Hi,
I have just installed idrac service 4.3.0.0 module on windows server 2022, it is open, but most options and configuration is not possible, greyed out - it is normal?

Where are you trying to configure iDRAC Service Module? Is it during installation or post installation? A picture of the screen will be helpful.
Can you also server server model where you are trying to install iDRAC Service Module?

Hi,
I have installed iDRAC Service Module on new r650xs server with windows server 2022, after installation I run it it opens in edge browser, I login do idrac using my login and password and I see everything but like in "read only" mode, every tabs with settings I can only see, cannot change anything, cannot run virtual java console etc. I hope you understand ;).

I think iSM is configured with Read-Only mode for iDRAC Launch. Can you check and change to Administrative mode. You can check below link for more details

unfortunately i don't understand from this description where i can enable administrative access in iSM.
