Install Windows Server 2016 on PowerEdge T320

Hi,
I have a Dell PowerEdge T320 that currently has Windows Server 2008 but I am trying to do a clean install on a new drive with Windows Server 2016. I performed all the updates through LifeCycle, however when I go into OS Deployment Windows Server 2016 is not an option on BIOS or UEFI. According to the Dell support site I would need to download the latest OS Driver pack, however the latest one is listed as March 2016 while Server 2016 came out in September. Even if I try to boot off the Windows Server 2016 install CD it will not find a hard drive.

Am I missing something? Thanks!

Use this one:

You don't need LCC though ... you can install directly from the media. Just requires more work installing drivers, configuring RAID, etc.
