PCIe card not detected on R210 II

Hello,

I have a R210 II server, with PCIe Riser (Ref Y628N) and quad nic PCIe card Intel Gigabit ET Quad Port Adapter, Gigabit Ethernet NIC, PCIe x4 (Ref 0H092P)

Bios don't detect the card and differents OS (freebsd, linux) tested also don't detect nothing.

Card is in the compatibility list : http://www.dell.com/downloads/global/products/pedge/spc_r210_II_new.pdf

Same unsolved problem : https://www.dell.com/community/PowerEdge-General-HW/PowerEdge-R210-II-Quad-Port-PCI-E-NIC/m-p/4626000

See lspci command under linux :

I can see led light when I plug RJ45, so card is well powered.

Cards have been tested by vendor before delivery.

Nothing in Bios to activate PCIe.

So, how can I activate this PCIe card under R210 II server ? What must i do ?

Thank you,

And, how can I check that Dell ref 0H092P is well Intel PRO/1000 ET Quad Port Adapter ?

Yannick22,

If the card is PCI-E 1.0a then you are out of luck! I've discovered that the R210 & R210-II servers are not compatible with this specification. You will need to look for a PCI-E 2.x card.
