PCIe link training failure observed in Mezzanine 2B (PowerEdge M630)

Hi,

Im facing an issue with one of my poweredge m630 blade servers. The problem is that yesterday i updated the server's NICs (model is Qlogic BCM57810) firmware from 08.07.26 to 10.00.15. But after the firmware update the server is not booting up into OS and showing PCIe link training failure (screenshot attached)

Now i want to revert back to the old firmware but i cannot boot into Lifecycle Controller since the system halts before that. Can anyone suggest what to do in this situation?

Regards,

Uzair

Hello.

Did you disconnect the AC power cables and tried again. If not, you may shutdown the system, remove the PCIe cards, reboot and run the BIOS update. Replace the card and see whether it completes POST.
