PR R620 Cannot Update Firmware with Life Cycle Controller

I have 3 PE R620 that I am trying to update the firmware on. Getting an error- "Unable to install the Update Packages. (SUP0531)" I tried updating the lifecycle controller to the latest build which worked without issue however upon trying the firmware update again I recieved the same error. Anyone see this before?

This is being worked on, we expect a solution to be in place tomorrow.

Could you reply when the solution should be availlable?

We are experiencing this error from friday last week and are waiting for this to be fixed. We need this server to be up and running tomorrow.

This feature is the best i've seen so far for upgrading the firmwares of all my servers with life cycle controllers and ESXi as the host software.

Sometime in the near future? I agree, please provide a timeline of some sorts.

the replacement catalog is in process, should be done today unless some part of the process fails.

Same problem here with an R720.  I'm using the Repository Manager tool right now to export the latest system bundle and create a bootable ISO/DVD with the latest updates on it.  Serious pain.  Please fix the LifeCycle Controller problem Dell.

The uploads are still in process with the IT department. I would have thought that the uploads would have been completed already.....

Do you have a status update on this? I'm trying to update an R720xd and getting the "Unable to install the Update Packages. (SUP0531)" message.

It seems to work now, but I needed to start the process after a fresh restart.

One update did not get through with the same error, some driver pack.

The Pack which gave me the same error on installation is:

DELL OS Drivers Pack 7.2.1.4

But on a second try it works

Same error here on a T320, checks in, offers me firmware for the LOM's and then get the same error.  Amazing how amateur this process is.  I have a few Dells at home and have ran into numerous, various problems updating through the DLC, can only imagine you poor guys trying to maintain a datacenter.

I have the same problem with my R620 trying to update BIOS from 2.5.4 to 2.7.0

Did you update and how?

Is there a DVD iso containing all firmwares and drivers that can be used for the R620?

Thanks
