I get this error "user disabled by cmc" when ever I put on my server I have tried the
To enable the front panel using the CMC Web interface, go to iKVM > Setup tab, select the Front Panel USB/Video Enabled option, and click Apply to save the setting.
but it didnt work, so i resorted to use Remote Desktop to access the server when ever it comes on but now, I am nt able to access the Server via Remote Desktop because it dosen't come up anymore. On the Idrac web interface, I see the "The system board battery has failed" error. Is there anyway i can rectify this?

The steps to resolve that you listed are for the 5.1 version CMC update, could you verify the revision your CMC is currently at?

My Server is running on the CMC Verson 4.31. Kindly assist Me to fix this.

At version 4.31, you are currently 10 updates back from current. I don't want to jump straight to the newest one though, I would prefer to walk it up. Run these updates

5.0
5.10
5:20
5.22
Once the CMC is updated let us know.
