Question regarding 12th gen rack servers
So to start things off I'm a technician who works mostly on Dell servers in our shop. So as we've been getting more 12th generation servers into here there is something that we've been noticing more and more and that is that the blue plastic clips that hold the mini mono raid controller onto the motherboard become very brittle and can sometimes be almost impossible to get off without snapping even when handling with kid gloves. We've also had a number of servers and boards come in with the clips already broken so it definitely seems to be a somewhat common issue.
Here is a link talking about the mounting method to give just a bit more detail.
www.dell.com/.../Removing-The-Integrated-Storage-Controller
So onto the question. Is there anywhere to potentially order these extractors on there own? We've just started holding onto the clips off of failed boards to replace them as we go but that's obviously not ideal and seems like it should be a part that would be available in some way considering how easily replaceable they are.
Thanks,
Dylan.

Hi,
It looks like they are considered part of the system board and are not able to be ordered on their own. The part number is NR4NN, but it is listed as non orderable.
