The machine case cannot be opened
Hi,
I bought a Dell Poweredge SC420 last week. The problem with the machine is that the button for releasing the machine case lock does not work .So now I cannot open the machine case to add another video card or more memory. I've contact with Dell support, but did not get response. Any suggestions? Do you know how shall I contact with them? I cannot find their 800 support phone #.

You need a 5 pound sledge hammer and chizel.
Its going to be impossible if you dont lay it down on its side. There are 2 Buttions not 1.
