I suppose that you are referring to R410 server. Find out whether or not this device can be identified. Right click on the device and click on properties -> Details Tab and select Device Instance ID from the drop down list and post the code that you find.

Why are you still using 2003??

Do you have OMSA installed? If not, then install it. It is probably the BMC/iDRAC.

sorry for my error. The server is PowerEdge R415.

Device instance id is "ACPI \ PNP0C31 \ 0"

I am using server 2003 because this server will be an engineering station of PCS7 
and in this version needs 2003.

I installed the OMSA but could not solve the problem yet.

What drivers did you install after installing the OS?

Later install the OS without any driver I found in that situation.

ACPI \ PNP0C31


Now I found this:

Winbond Trusted Platform Module% 1.2%.

I installed the driver r167274 but it doesn´t work correctly and the device can´t start to work.
