Windows Server 2003 on Poweredge 6100

I've got a Dell Poweredge 6100 server with quad Pentium Pro 200MHz CPUs and 2GB of RAM.  I'm attempting to run Windows Server 2003 on it, and have been having a few issues.  One seems to be that Windows is only seeing one out of the four CPUs.  In Device Manager, the computer is listed as MPS Multiprocessor PC, but there's no entry in the list for Processors.  I have Server 2003 on another machine with dual PIII-733s, and it shows two PIII processors in the Device Manager, and the performance tab in the Task Manager has two charts for CPU usage, one for each CPU.  The Task Manager on the Dell only shows one chart.  There's also the fact that I can't get the video (which I know is a very limited power Cirrus chipset) to run at anything other than 8-bit color.  Any help with these problems would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
