iDRAC on R720 non responsive

I have a r720 that fails to initialize the iDRAC on boot.  The system will finally boot into windows but I'm unable to get iDRAC to reset via the command "racadm racreset soft".  I've tried the soft reset of pushing the i on both the front and back of the device with no luck.  I've even unplugged the server, held the power button for over 10 seconds and it still will not initialize.  Any other suggestions?  My server went out of warranty a little over a month ago...my luck.

I must mention that the Dell site shows firmware updates for iDRAC but none of the exe files work in windows since it's non responsive.

Hello.

What version of firmware were you trying to apply? Try update via the LifeCycle Controller through platform updates using F10 key during POST and point to ftp.dell.com site.

I've tried several from the support site. The latest version that is available for the r720 is v2.32.31.30.  I'm trying this through the OS with no luck. Every firmware tells me it's not compatible with my system.

I will try F10 and update this post with the results.
