Can't install WS 2012 R2 on Dell R320
I have a brand new Dell R320 with 1TB Raid 1 (2 hard drives) and with PERC H310 Mini. It comes without OS installed by default but with the media for WS2012 R2 x64.
When I use LifeCycle Controller to deploy the OS I do all the steps with no problem, and then boot to the DVD to continue the setup, then I select the language, click "Next" and finally a window appears and says: "Load driver, Can't find a controller for the new device, make sure the installation media contains the correct drivers and then click Next".
I chose browse and go to a drive called C mounted temporarily by the Life Cycle Controller I guess and search for a folder that contains Virtual Drive and PERC H310 mini driver, select both and click Next, and nothing happens, I get the same windows again and again.

Try this driver:
http://downloads.dell.com/FOLDER02530706M/14/SAS-RAID_Driver_5382X_WN64_6.803.21.0_A02_ZPE.exe
Download and run it to extract the files before use, then put it on a flash drive, etc.
Make sure RAID is configured, either in CTRL-R before the process, or using the LCC wizard during the install.

Thanks, yes the RAID is configured before de OS Deployment, but I am still getting the same message, says that can be a hard drive or DVD drive missing driver.
Another suggestion.

Boot to BIOS Setup and disable the onboard SATA RAID (S110).

Hi TheFlash1932, I think the server already comes with the S110 deactivated by default, when I go to the BIOS settings and go to SATA settings, it is in AHCI mode, not RAID mode, when i select RAID mode then the S110 turns on, but I left it on AHCI mode.
Seems like nobody has this problem hehe, finally I just installed Windows Server 2008 R2 with no problems, and checked the Windows Server 2012 Media and has no problems.
Any suggestion?

9/10 times this is because of bad media. The rest of the time is because of actual missing drivers (S110 in this case is the only driver that should not be native to 2012 media) ... turning it off should eliminate that possibility.
You could try the chipset drivers, in case it is the actual AHCI controller it doesn't have (or you could change it to ATA/legacy mode, if that exists for this machine).
You could try installing via USB ...
