Install Windows server 2008 r2x64 in Dell Poweregde 6850 fail!

I have Dell Poweregde 6850 with RAID Controller PERC 4e/DC has 2 channel 0 (not has disk); 1 (has 5x300GB 10k iSCSI); BIOS version A03; CPU Intel Xeon. I install windows 2008 R2 in it, but when going to step drive options to make partition, I have error: "No drives were found. Click load driver to provide a mass storage driver for installation". Please give me solution for isue. Thank you very much!

You need drivers:

http://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/04/Drivers/DriversDetails?driverId=9K3D3&fileId=2731109793&osCode=WS8R2&productCode=poweredge-6850&languageCode=EN&categoryId=SR

Download and run to extract contents, then put contents on a flash drive, and browse to that flash drive after clicking on the Load Driver link during the installation.

Remember that the PERC does NOT support non-RAID, so you must configure AND initialize BEFORE Windows can see disks to install to, even with the right drivers.

This is what I have done...
-First I had Updated the Bios to A06 version. I followed this guide, is the same for PE 6850 http://www.stalliontek.com/how-to-update-the-dell-poweredge-r710-bios-via-usb/

-Then I configured a RAID using this guide, I'm using the same controllers PERC 4e/DC
http://www.thegeekstuff.com/2008/07/step-by-step-guide-to-configure-hardware-raid-on-dell-servers-with-screenshots/

-Next you need several DVDs (obviously your DVD reader bust be in good conditions). First insert the "Dell Systems Management Tools and Documentation" DVD, when it prompt you must insert the Dell Windows OS install support pack, v.6.5.0 DVD, and on the final step the installation wizard will prompt you the Windows Server 2008 R2 DVD

All the DVDs contains all you need, and that's all I remember, I'm sorry But I'm a rookie at this thing.
