Netware 6.5 stops booting after upgrding to SP1
All,
I am very new to this forum and this is my post.
We have a PowerEdge 6400 server installed with netware 6.5. I have upgraded this to SP1.
Unfortunately, It stopped booting after the upgrade.
I can see that it is unable to load fatfs.nlm.
I have a Perc3/QC and a PERC3/SC in this machine.
Any immediate help is highly appreciated.

Hi,
I have also seen this problem.
I have searched novell site but there is no information on this. So, I did some research myself and found that the problem is because of the invalid configuration i have on a PERC3/QC.
Check if you also have somethig like this. Workaround is to clear the configuration on that controller.

Thank you all.
It worked for me.
I recently pulled out 2 of my hard disks but forgot to delete the configuration in the RAID.
I just deleted that configuration and it helped me.

You may want to take a look at NW 6.5 Abend on FATFS.NLM on boot up - TID10090101.
