PowerEdge Cloudserver CS23-SH ... will it support ESXi 5.1?

Looking to buy a used CS23-SH server for a personal VMware lab.  Certified VCP4 and need to stay up with the tech.  Rather not Whitebox it as most enterprise customer's don't but don't want to purchase a 1950 either as they will likely be off the HCL with the next rev.  4 Kids so money is tight and this is a good price.

Anyone have any success running/installing 5.1?
