you may get it by extracting the powerpath 6.1 installation package downloaded from support.emc.com
After downloading the package simply extract it using a utility like 7-zip. there you will see the .msi file

But the zip file contain only exe file. I need the file in (.MSI) format.

if you highlight the .exe and right click and extract it, (using example 7-zip) inside is a pp.cab file and a setup.msi
