Error when configuring Managment IP´s MD3800i

Hello everyone,

I am configuring an MD3800i storage, from my computer I connect to the administration port and through the Modular Disk Configuration Utility, with the default IPs 192.168.129.101 and 102.

After sending to save the configuration with the changes of IP's I receive the following message and I can not save the configurations of the administration ports. "error when connecting to the administration ports of the matrix, check the administration ports to verify if they are accessible"

Someone can give me a tip of what I could try.

I'm using the resource DVD of the DELL_MDSS_Consolidated_RDVD_6_0_0_12.iso
