Dell PV TL 4000 - Error B2 03
Hello everyone,
We are getting a robotic error on B2 03.
The track that the arm runs on had broken. We were able to glue it back into place.
The robotics seems to be working ok. There aren't any obvious jams
The library runs through it's initialization and gives this error.
We just upgraded the firm on the library and the drives to the latest version.
We also tried a factory restore.
Any ideas on what this error message is specifiying?

First off is this TL 4000 SAS, FC, or iSCSI? What I would like to do is get the service dump log. May also be called a DumpAll log from the library. After you have the log file then lets disconnect the library from the host and do a power cycle and see if the error comes back. If the errors come back then we will need to restore to factory defaults. After this the Web interface IP address will need to be reconfigured for access. If they do not come back after that then perform a 100 cycle slot to slot test. I will send you a email so that when you get the log file you can email it to me.
