MD3600 premium features

I have a MD3620F that does not have a current support agreement. I went round and round with Dell about pricing information on premium features of this array. Different sales departments told me to contact other sales departments and finally told me to contact technical support.

Can ANYONE give me pricing information on the premium features for the MD3620F? Secondary would be who would I need to contact to purchase a key for a premium feature because apparently Dell themselves do not know?

Hello svytis,

To purchase a key for the premium features you will need to contact your sales rep.  Your MD3xxx will need to have an active warranty on it for your sales rep to provide you with a quote for the features.  When a MD3xxx doesn’t have an active warranty, there can be some issues when applying the key to your MD3xxx.
