R710 w/2 PERCs
I have a 710 with a PERC 6/i internal and a PERC 6/e.
During POST I only see press "ctrl-R" for the 6/i integrated. If I select the 6/i will I be able to see the other PERC in the utility?

Hello Evanspa,
When you watch the server post do you ever see the PERC6/E ask to hit Ctrl-R? You should see it present the PERC6/e after it shows the PERC6/i. There is normally a delay of about 5-10 seconds after it shows the PERC6/I that it should give you the option to enter the PERC6/e bios.
Also you can’t get to the PERC6/e Bios from the PERC6/I bios.

I do not see a POST entry for the 6/e but I do see a prompt for the 6/i Integrated. Both cards are working 1 supports 2 internal drives and the 6/e is connected to a MD1000. Is there no F12 option to change controls once in the utility?

Hello Evanspa,
I was incorrect on my first response. When you hit Crtl-R on the main screen you should see both the PERC6/I & the PERC6/e and then you will select which one that you want to enter the bios of the PERC6/e.
