If you do a search for LTO Labels at Dell.com you will be presented with various labels to choose from.

Thanks, all the search results that came up were for LTO4 media. Am I correct in assuming I need LTO 5 labels for LTO 5 media?

Most larger office supply companies can supply tape barcode labels. Yes, you will need LTO 5 labels for LTO 5 tapes. You can also get labels for cleaning tapes.
An alternative, you can print your own. There is software like this out there that can handle this.

Does it matter if the label manufacturer isn't Dell. For example Quantum: http://www.cdw.com/shop/products/default.aspx?EDC=2136300

Maybe you can go to a barcode software site to find a suitable barcode library and create your own. This is the site our company has been using for years. You may take a look.
