Updating an older MD3220i

Hi,

I'm having issues updating the firmware on my MD3220i.  I'm using the Modular Disk Storage Manager software version 11.10, but it looks like I may need to update this software before I can upgrade the firmware.

It looks like from other posts the MDSM software is located on the Dell Resource CD.  Can someone help me find this software?  I can't find it.  Does it go by another name?
