Dell Precision T1700 freezes on Dell Logo

My system was working fine. Suddenly there was a power cut and system switched off. On resumption of power, the system wont boot any further than the Dell Logo. I tried to clear CMOS by closing jumper RTCRST but still no use. Please help.
