Silently update password protected UEFI BIOS

I'm trying to silently upgrade the UEFI BIOS on hundreds of workstations that are password protected.  I run the *.exe file with /s /r /p=****** (the BIOS password) and nothing will ever happen.  If I remove the BIOS password and run *.exe /s /r it'll reboot itself and run the update.

I talked to Dell support about this and they suggested I used their command and control software to run the update on each computer.  The computers are locked down and need to stay that way because of sensitive information on them, so installing Dell's software that will communicate back to Dell isn't an option.

Anyone have any ideas or tried to do this before?
