Bios update on Precision 3551 - black screen and nothing
Refurbished Dell Precision 3551 bought from Dell at end of October. Just started using today and got update request from Dell software. Included bios update. Clicked yes, downloaded, installed, and then restarted automatically as requested. Now for 2.5 hours, black screen, fanning whirring, heat coming out, but nothing.
Shall I force reboot, or what?
