DELL DB16 + XPS 13 9350 Failed to get dock information

Hello, i try to use Dell Filmware Update Utility for my dock. I have some issue with blinking my 4k monitor with this dock station.

I download DellDockingStationFwUp_1.0.4_TB_20200210

When i try to launch it i have error: Failed to get dock information and massage that there is no dock, but my dock connected to laptop and i have all my usb devices and monitor in dock station.

Dell filmware upgrade utility: 4.1.14

On laptop: Windows 10, Bios: 1.4.18 (want to update)
