By any chance do you have an HDD? I would run diagnostics (F12 immediately at boot) and watch for any drive problems. Other than that run an antivirus scan just in case the system is infected. If none of that helps open task manager and disable everything on the startup tab except items that need to be open such as audio or Intel app that needs to be there on startup. If that helps then one by one re-enable items until the slow boot comes back.

I dont I disabled the stuff on startup and when it posts I mean when it shows the DELL logo

Hello,

My DELL Precision 5510 is having a very slow POST time. I have factory reset the laptop many times with a USB and I still get the same post time. 

 

On task manager, it says Last BIOS time: 261.8 seconds

No Events found!
