Dell Precision 5530

Question

Everytime I start my computer I have to start it twice The first try it boots up, it shows the dell logo and then it shuts down, after the second try the computer starts again normally, but I can't make the computer to hibernate nor to sleep, because when that happens, the computer shuts down completely and the battery drains itself. I don't know what is happening and I though it was a common mistake

thanks for the quick response. But no, the battery works just fine, its just that I don't know if there is something wrong with the configuration or what happens.

The problem presents also when the computer is plugged in
