Dell Precision 7510
Touchpad is not working at all and when I get to Device Manager I can see under Mice and other pointing devices there is that yellowish Asteric Sign indicating that drivers are missing or not available. Tried to download several of those drivers and Install them but still fail and the yellowish aesteric sign is still there.
Can you guys please assist with maybe Im missing something there?

Back up. What did you do before this? Did you freshly install Windows? If so, did you install the chipset driver immediately after installing Windows?
You should run Windows 10 on that laptop, as Windows 8 and 7 are unsupported, insecure and receive no security updates. If you still use Win7 or Win8, perform a clean install of Windows 10.
Install the Intel Chipset Device Software for your model.
After that, connect to Windows Update. It is likely that Windows Update will provide the necessary touchpad driver. If not, Dell has available for download a touchpad driver for your model.
