Laptops cannot use other manufacturers drivers. You must use Dell customized version of all drivers--even those from other manufacturers-- since all the hardware is part of the Dell board.
See if your model (which you should have mentioned) is compatible and listed on this download page-

There might be another reason the mic is not working. Tell us what model laptop you have and someone might be able to help.

Yes, I forgot to put this info, it's a Precision 5550.
Even it is not in this list you sent, it is in this : https://www.dell.com/support/home/en-us/drivers/driversdetails?driverid=m96ff&oscode=wt64a&productcode=precision-15-5550-laptop
But the problem is "It guides you to the Windows Store to download the Waves MaxxAudio Pro Application for Dell". And I cannot use windows store.
