Precision 5530 USB Power???

Hey folks,

I'm currently on my Dell Precision 5530 (i9/64GB Ram/Windows10) and everything's been going fairly well...

I just purchased a Focusrite Clarett 2Pre USB, which is bus powered (USB C 15W), however it is reporting that the laptop is providing insufficient power to it, and thus won't work (albeit lights are on, etc).

I've gone into the BIOS to enable USB powershare, but this hasn't worked either.

Are the USB ports capable of providing enough power to the device?
