1. Can be subjective - but if it bothers you -- have the screen/system replaced.
2. No - they will not upgrade the screen on an existing system.
Can't speak to #3.
Since 1 and 2 are connected - and since you're looking for a screen upgrade - you may want to consider returning the system (you can do so within the first 30 days after shipment) and ordering a new system with the screen upgrade you want.
