USB-C disconnect after few seconds

Hello community,

I have a dell precision 5520 laptop and I have an issue with the usb-c adapter and my android phone.

When I connect my smartphone with usb-c, I can hear the windows sound and I have a notification showing my phone but just after few seconds my smartphone is disconnected.

I do not have this trouble when I connect my smartphone with usb type A adapter.

I have read some posts here and I have uninstall the Realtek All in one usb driver and the Asmedia USB driver. It did not fix my problem.

When I have uninstalled the Intel Dynamic  and Thermal Framework, I do not have any disconnection but I have some unrecognized devices in my control panel.

Is there a way to fix my usb-c problem and install all the necessary drivers ?

FYI: I have updated my thunderbolt firmware. It does not fix the problem.

I am using windows 10 x64
