2155cn will not print in color and poor black and white

This printer worked perfect. I purchased a new iMac, downloaded and installed all of the updated software and firmware. Now, it will not print in color and very poor quality black and white.

I tried it on my laptops, windows 7, Vista 64, Macbook Pro and the IMAC with Parallels and Windows 7. It responds the same to everything.

Going through the lcd screen, i printed out a test page in color and it looks stunning. I have only printed 2760 pages in the life of this thing and just now replaced the factory black toner.

Its now running firmware 201310081409

The extended warranty I had purchased for it expired Jan 15th, 2015. It figures.
