Brand new b2360dn won't turn on, "service error 126.01 LV power supply"

I can't find anything on the internet about this particular error code.  This is a brand new b2360dn.  We've tried plugging it into several power strips, surge protectors, AND into several different outlets directly.  I've had issues with fusers in bigger models (5330dns) going into surge protectors, but this is the first problem I've had with the b2360dn, and I can find NO documentation on it.

Any suggestions?

Sounds like your power adapter is not providing enough power, low voltage.

I am very interested in this printer and will buy it extremely soon.

I felt so bad for the poor user having to endure such incredibly vague advice. It turns out this is a problem on Lexmark printers that was fixed with a firmware update back in dec '12, So knowing this, I'd now know to check for Dell's latest firmware First and Then call
