C1765nfw - can't scan to network drive (error 031-529)

I've just bought and set up my new C1765nfw laser printer. However, I cannot get it to scan to a network share on my server. It keeps telling me it can't log in after the scan is complete (error 031-529). I've attached screenshots of my settings - what am I doing wrong?

I've already tried changing the user name from "Printer" to "HDA\Printer" ("HDA" is the host name of the server at 192.168.1.99), and also creating a subfolder within the "Scans" share and entering the name of it into the "Path" field of the printer properties. Neither of these fixes the issue.

Server Address should be the IP Address of your computer. Open the Command Prompt, type IPConfig and look for the IPv4 address.

For the Login name, type WHOAMI on the Command Prompt, then just copy the information there. Password is your Windows password.

Not to be rude but did you even look at my screenshots? The IP address is correct (HDA is always 192.168.1.99) and the user is clearly correct too.

For anyone else with the same issue, I fixed it by enabling SMB 1.0 on my Windows Server 2012 machine by running this command in PowerShell:

Set-SmbServerConfiguration –EnableSMB1Protocol $true

Why does this printer only communicate using SMB 1.0? SMB 2.0 was introduced more than 8 years ago!
