Can't print to C2660dn on Windows 10

C2660dn Color Laser Printer connected to network via ethernet cable.

On Windows 10 I try to print a document from any application.  The computer can see the printer, it goes into the queue and the printer warms up and then immediately sends the document complete tone (as confirmed by turning individual tones on and off to find the one that emits).  No paper is fed, no printing occurs, no errors.  It is as if the printed document is 0 pages.

The computer prints to other printers just fine.  Taking the same document and printing from Android phone works just fine.

Restarting computer and printer didn't help.  Unplugging printer for 30 seconds didn't help.  Uninstalling and re-installing driver doesn't help.  Resetting printer didn't help.

Any ideas on how to make this printer actually functional?
