DELL AIO 926 Faxing Problem
I have been trying to fax all day, literally. Initially it was "Cannot Communicate with PC fax-modem" due to drivers not recognizing the modem. After troubleshooting and uninstalling and reinstalling I finally got the Dell Fax Solution Software program to load as well as locate a modem on COM port 3. While I feel successful to get this far the fax still failed. When trying to go from 0% to 100% the sending does not go past 0% and the reason returned is "Failed to connect". The report I create says "No Dial Tone". My modem is Conexant D850 56K v.9x DFVc modem but reads as SoftK56V_B2.1_V7.06.00.50

From googling, it looks like the drivers might be called SoftK56.
I did find THIS if you want to try installing the driver and application, it might just be what you're looking for.

Thank you Rick for the link to the driver and application. I downloaded both and it didn't say I had them already. It's amazing how much stuff can be missing in the program. I'm very grateful guys like you are on here. Have a great day!!!
