Dell 1600n firmware upgrade: which file to upload where?

Here <ADMIN NOTE: Broken link has been removed from this post by Dell> is a firmware update for the Dell 1600n printer. It is version 3.11T, A03 with release date 2006-11-11. It is a file called

R136901.EXE

which can be unzipped to get the following files

R136091.exe

Version.txt

(notice that the numbers in the filenames differ).

The web interface of the printer shows that the current Printer OS Version is 1.22 and the NIC's S/W Version is V1.11(1600n). The page "Printer Settings" has the link "Update Print Server Firmware", going to a page with the title "Update Firmware". But that page has 2 different choices; "Update Printer Firmware" and "Update Network Firmware". It is not entirely obvious which of the files that should be uploaded and under which option. Does anyone know?
